the Pecos High Bridge is on the Texas and New Orleans Railway, crossing the Pecos river at a point halfway between El Paso and San Antonio, Texas. The Bridge is the fourth highest in the world being 321 feet above low water mark and 2180 feet in length. It contains steel weighing 3,228,277 pounds. It was build in 1892.
