Hornbine Neighborhood
The old Hornbine Baptist Church is situatted in the background. Built in 1753, the first service was held that year and have continued to the present. The old Hornbine one room school is at the left which has been restored by the Town of Rehoboth as school museum. The name Hornbine is a corruption of Hornbeam or Hornpine, two variety of trees common to the neighborhood.
