The new Duluth Civic Center is one of the outstanding architectural achievements in the Northwest. Constructed of Minnesota granite and marble it was completed at a cost of approximately three and one-half million dollars. From the upper floors of these buildings may be seen the Duluth harbor, Minnesota Point and majestic Lake Superior.
