Many thousands of mule deer range through the Kaibab Forest, which occupies the top of the lofty plateau along the North Rim of Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona, embracing an area forty to fifty miles wide by seventy miles long. This forest is enroute from Cedar City, Utah, a point on the Union Pacific Railroad, to the North Rim of Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona.
