Arab Thoroughbred Horse
Raphael Tuck & Sons Vintage Postcard in Good, Unused condition.
This Oilette Post Card is part of "The Horse" Series 9254 and titled: "Arab."
Back of Card:
Arab (Thoroughbred) This is the bluest blooded and most beautiful of all horses. A creature of rare intelligence, of beautiful form and exceeding swiftness, it is no wonder that the bond between him and his master (the wandering Arab) is so strong. Mrs. Heman's poem "The Arab's Farewell to his Steed" is well-known. Our best riding horses are of the Arab strain.
