Montreat, located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, eighteen miles east of Asheville and two miles from Black Mountain, is the Southern Presbyterian Mecca, where Presbyterians and many others come from every part of the South and from many sections of the North for spirtual inspiration and Christian fellowship. This is one of the most beautiful picturesque and healthful sections of America.
